Why I do what I do:
Marshall Breit a seasoned criminal defense attorney with extensive trial experience. His practice focuses on complex criminal defense matters across the State of Colorado including first-degree murder, sexual assault, vehicular homicide, child abuse, and domestic violence.
Prior to forming Mulligan Breit, LLC, Marshall was a trial attorney with Colorado State Public Defender’s Office. Although he is a Colorado native, Marshall obtained his undergraduate degree from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia and returned to Colorado for law school.
Marshall has consistently been recognized as one of the preeminent criminal defense attorneys in Colorado by Super Lawyers, 5280 Magazine, and The National Trial Lawyers Association. He is a faculty member with the Colorado Alternate Defense Counsel and a long-standing member of the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar.
