  • Boulder County – Client charged with multiple accounts of Sexual Assault. If convicted, the client faced a mandatory, indeterminate sentence to the Colorado Department of Corrections. Following a 5-day jury trial, the client was found NOT GUILTY on all charges.
  • Denver County – The client, who worked in law enforcement, was charged with unlawful sexual behavior. If convicted, the client would lose his career, be required to register as a sex offender, and faced significant possible incarceration. Charges ultimately dismissed in their entirety
  • Routt County – The client, a minor at the time, was bitten and severely injured but a neighbor’s dog. Case settled for policy limits.
  • Summit County – Client charged with Sexual Assault. If convicted, the client faced a mandatory, indeterminate sentence to the Colorado Department of Corrections. Following a lengthy defense-initiated investigation, the prosecution dismissed all charges.
  • Denver County – The client was injured when he was rear-ended by a distracted truck driver. The case settled for nearly one million dollars.
  • Adams County – The client was charged with multiple, felony domestic violence counts and facing decades in prison. After a four-day trial, the jury returned NOT GUILTY verdicts on all charges.
