- Boulder County – Client charged with multiple accounts of Sexual Assault. If convicted, client faced a mandatory, indeterminate sentence to the Colorado Department of Corrections. Following a 5 day jury trial, client was found NOT GUILTY on all charges.
- Denver County – Client, who worked in law enforcement, was charged for unlawful sexual behavior. If convicted, client would lose his career, be required to register as a sex offender, and faced significant possible incarceration. Charges ultimately dismissed in their entirety
- Routt County – Client, a minor at the time, was bitten and severely injured but a neighbor’s dog. Case settled for policy limits.
- Summit County – Client charged with Sexual Assault. If convicted, client faced a mandatory, indetermine sentence to the Colorado Department of Corrections. Following a lengthy defense initiated investigation, the prosecution dismissed all charges.
- Denver County – Client was injured when he was rear-ended by a distracted truck driver. Case settled for nearly one million dollars.
- Adams County – Client was charged with multiple, felony domestic violence counts and facing decades in prison. After a four day trial, jury returned NOT GUILTY verdicts on all charges.
